We are currently hiring for four roles that help keep Camp Able running safely and moving forward, from the arena to the office to the grounds. Whether you are a certified instructor, a therapist looking to specialize in equine assisted services, or someone who loves hands-on outdoor work, there is a place for you on our team.

As a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, you'll lead therapeutic riding sessions that build confidence, skill, and independence for our riders. This role calls for a genuine passion for both horsemanship and the special needs community, along with the patience and creativity to meet every rider where they are. Certified instructors work closely with our program team, volunteers, and horses to make sure every session is safe, effective, and meaningful.

We're looking for a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist interested in becoming a PATH International Registered Therapist. This role uses the movement of the horse as a treatment tool to help clients reach their therapy goals, blending clinical expertise with the unique benefits of equine assisted therapy. No prior equine experience is required, we're happy to support the right candidate through the certification process.

Our Ranch Hand keeps the property and herd running smoothly day to day, from feeding and general horse care to fence repair, equipment upkeep, and general maintenance around the facility. This is hands-on, outdoor work that plays a direct role in keeping our horses healthy and our program safe for every rider who comes through the gate.

Our Grounds Keeper helps maintain the pastures, arenas, walkways, and grounds across our 83-acre property, mowing, trimming, clearing debris, and keeping everything safe and welcoming for riders, families, staff, and volunteers. This role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in keeping a property looking its best.
